The House that Stanley Built was originally an 8 storey office block.  The building was converted into a 96 unit student accommodation project housing 432 students.  The building is situated across from 44 Stanley Avenue and is in close proximity to Wits University and University of Johannesburg.

The project was completed in November 2021.
